On Site Maintenance

Our team of fitters has a wealth of knowledge and experience to handle all types of on-site maintenance. The sites we have worked on covers a broad spectrum of industry and encompasses meat processing plants, wine producing plants, feedmills, mineral water producers, bakeries, food additive manufacturers and fish processing plants to name a few.

The type of work we have been involved in includes:

• Large gearbox strip, repair and replace
• Bearing replacement
• Electric motor bearing repair and motor realignment
• Drag chain refurbishment with chains, bearings and liner replacement
• Valve strip and repairs
• Overhead conveyor repair work
• Re-siting of conveyor drives
• Bucket elevator belts, buckets and drive roller and idler refurbishment
• Heat exchanger repairs
• Pneumatic line and ram repairs
• Air, water and low pressure steam pipeline installation
• Installation of load cells and weighing equipment
• Conveyor removal, repair and re-siting

We have the resources, the skills and the knowledge to repair and maintain most plant and equipment.

Fleet has recently been involved with Klein Technical Solutions, a German company, installing a large drier plant at a large waste water processing facility in New Zealand.
